Before becoming a coach, Marty held senior and executive leadership roles in marketing, sales, and operations at a Fortune 250 financial services company. He later led a division of a boutique executive search firm, partnering with Fortune 500 clients to identify and develop top leadership talent.


In 2010, Marty co-founded Exceleration Partners, where he continues to work with leaders across sectors to facilitate leadership programs and challenge organizations to put people—not process—at the center of transformation. He helps leaders communicate with intention and authenticity so they can move work forward with greater alignment, impact, and momentum.
